Cancellation Policy
If you know you will be more than ten minutes late, please call to let us know! All appointments that arrive 15 minutes or more beyond the scheduled time without notice will be marked as a no-show and charged the no-show fee.
By booking this appointment, you authorize EXULTANT HAIR LAB to charge your credit card a NO-SHOW fee of 100% of the scheduled value service should you miss your appointment without proper notification-at least 24 hours in advance. This charge cannot be applied to future services.
